Without a doubt, Joey and his staff went beyond all expectations in repairing my sons car. they car is older yet they were able to correct the situation quickly and professionally at an amazing price for the amount of work they did. They are the only shop I use in Savannah due to their quality of work and honestly in dealing with all situations. I cant recommend them enough.

I came here to get my car repaired and everything went wrong there was a mechanic Shrome that said he could save me a couple dollars by coming to him . After the place was closed to fix my car afterwards and he fixed nothing everything was wrong there was change missing out of my car and smelled like wee. Things went missing out of fmy car glasses brushes and nothing was done right I had to pay extra just trying to save a dollar thanks a lot Shrome I thought autoplex was a reputable buisness

As a small business owner in Savannah, and a car person, I look to use other locally owned places and with a discerning eye for hospitality too. If Joey isn't the owner, he certainly runs it with the pride of no task too large or small attitude and would probably make a good firefighter as you can see he manages stress with a smile and enjoys the challenges. I like the eclectic project parking lot which appears to include classics and occasional boat. It's screams a bit of that grease monkey paradise but it works and keeps the down to earth vibe on point. The funky waiting lounge is just extra and cool they've a hand car wash detailer business as a side feature or opportunity. Shows they're thinking about needs. I went in for a simple tire patch. Took 30 minutes easy. Same tire showed leak, went back 2 days later and they found another nail, took care of it sent me on my way. I'll definitely be back!

Joey, who runs the front, is very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. They finished up with my car in the specified timeframe and had me ready to go when I came to get it. In and out. Not to mention he proactively addressed another issue I'd mentioned to him when making my appointment. High level of customer service here.
