Good service, got it fixed in a timely manner at a reasonable price, ($300 less than estimate from Dealer). Appreciate a 24 month/24000 mile warranty. Drove me home and delivered my car to my house when finished. I will definately take my vehicle back to them.

These guys are honest they get to work done they don't push you for other items to do unless you needed it but not going to rip you off you have done work for me from the four and a half years and I've never been dissatisfied can't beat that

This is the second time that I have used Autoplex for repairs and both times I have been satisfied completely. The first was for a tire repair. The technician was not happy with the regular plug and took the tire off of the rim and placed an internal patch, all for the original quoted price to fix the tire. I then took our 2004 Tahoe for air conditioning repairs. After looking at it initially, I was told that it could be a number of things, but that a starting point would to be to purge and recharge the system. I was quoted a price and was satisfied. After they thoroughly checked it out, the full repair was going to be costly. J.R. told me that the initial repair that they did might hold for a while and to wait and see. I have been cool for the last few weeks. A lot of mechanics would have urged the full meal deal.
